Spa was excellent, concierge and doormen very helpful We were quoted euros and charged in forints. Maids were rude. We were charged for parking £60 !! and were not prewarned. Felt we got ripped off to a degree which is a shame because the hotel is very nice |

Spa facilities that you could go down to in your robe. The rooms at the back of the hotel appear to be almost as a 'bad cousin tag on' - the lightening is much darker and doesn't give the same aura as the main part of the hotel. The room likewise was quite dark, but very clean and presentable. Only bad point as the broken shower seal and hence the water going everywhere but on the person in the shower... |

All over very friendly and correct staff. Excellent quality kitchen. Good room service. Delicious and extensive breakfast. Well equipped wellness centre with competent staff , all in price for guests very attractive. |

Excellent spa (although treatments expensive), lovely breakfast, attentive staff and overall very good and high class hotel. We were quoted 796 euros but when we came to pay this had rise to over 830. We were told this was due to the exchange rate, but on the day of our arrival I actually signed for 199 euros for each night. This has also happened to us in Prague and you are 'stuffed' - you have to pay the amount they ask for. I think this is really naughty. Have told booking.com but they were of little help. |
