Super service og kompentent hjælp i receptionen. Morgenbuffeten er også velassorteret. Restauranten - maden var ok - men ikke den store oplevelse - prisen mellem til høj! |

Location, price, staff Room was very noisy because it was next to the staircase and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Lobby bar was not very cosy. |

breakfast was good... two separate sheets for twin bed is not a good idea. the elevator was out of order almost ever day! and nobody was ready to help to bring down the laggages from the fourth floor. |

Proximity to Christmas market. Proximity to mass transport. Breakfast variety. Staff's language skills. Air-conditioning system kept room warm during cold weather. Window view was poor. Air-conditioning system was a bit noisy. Pillows were massive(!) - a bit uncomfortable for our necks! |

Decent room size. 1st night booked direct with hotel. Charged €100 for a superior room and given a standard (according to infor on their own website). Booked 3 further nights through Bookings.com for a TOTAL of €168! So, good price through 'Bookings' site - but felt 'ripped off' for 1st night. Empty bar, no atmosphere closes at 10pm and then no room service even for drinks. Mini-bar limited (expensive). Pillows!! |

Benedick, the clerk at the desk was extremely helpful. We came the day before to make sre we know where to go and he gave us much info. During our stay he made everything very easy. |
